About this policy
Puzzle My Home is a block-puzzle and home-decorating game published by an independent developer under the Puzzle My Home name. This policy covers the Android game and its support website. Contact: puzzlemyhome.support@gmail.com.
Your game and your device
The game keeps your puzzle progress, stars, furniture ownership and arrangements, selected rooms, hint-refill time and sound preference in private storage on your device. We do not run an account system or a cloud-save service for this information. Free play requires an internet connection. After an ad-free purchase is verified and saved on the device, ad-free play can work offline. Reinstalling or changing devices requires an internet connection to restore the purchase through the same Google Play account; it does not restore local puzzle progress.
Ads and connection checks
The free game uses Google AdMob for between-level ads and optional rewarded ads that refill one hint. Google’s advertising SDK may process the device IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, ad views and interactions, technical diagnostics, and app/device-related identifiers to deliver ads, measure performance and help prevent fraud. The app checks whether Android reports a validated internet connection; it does not request precise-location permission for this check.
Children and advertising settings
The game does not ask for a birth year or date of birth. We apply child-restricted, non-personalized ad request settings and a maximum G ad-content rating for everyone. Android advertising-ID, Android ad-services and location permissions are excluded from the app. These settings restrict advertising data use; they do not mean that no network or diagnostic data is processed by Google. We do not include chat, user-generated content or third-party mediation networks.
Ad-free purchases
An optional one-time ad-free upgrade removes automatic ads, provides hint refills without watching ads, and enables offline play after purchase verification. Google Play handles checkout, payment details, purchase approval and purchase records under its own policies. The game receives purchase status and signed purchase information to verify, acknowledge and restore the upgrade. A verified entitlement is cached locally using Android Keystore encryption. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Restore purchase checks the Google Play account used to buy the upgrade and needs a connection.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send and use them to respond and resolve the request. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations.
Storage, deletion and your choices
Clear the app’s storage or uninstall it to delete local game progress and the local purchase cache. Game progress cannot be recovered by the developer. Your purchase remains associated with Google Play and can be restored online with the purchasing account; uninstalling does not request a refund or erase Google’s records. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us. Google manages information it holds according to its own policies and provides privacy controls. We cannot promise to delete records held independently by Google.
Privacy choices and service providers
Google’s privacy policy explains its data practices. Where Google’s consent tools make a privacy-choice form available, the game offers Privacy choices in Settings. Purchases and ads use Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Their services may process data in countries other than where you live. Connections used by these Google services use encryption in transit. This website has no purchase form or app account; its hosting provider may process technical request and access information to provide the website.
